I’m confused

Fake coupons from your company that was mailed to one of your customers

There are coupons that are roaming around in different stores, and I was curious about a particular one. It is for pampers wipes free up to 180 ct but the coupon has a void word on the coupon. On the back of the coupon says the hidden "void" is a copied coupon, but is it still valid to use when the coupon looks like legitimate coupon for pamper wipes and pampers diapers. How do I know if it is real coupon from your company?

Thanks for coming to us to ask about it. Pampers provides coupons in three main ways: P&G BrandSaver inserts (coupons in your Sunday paper), direct mail from P&G (paper coupons mailed directly to you) and online digital (paperless) coupons through the P&G Everyday Solutions website (electronic coupons downloaded to your retailer loyalty card). If you find coupons for Pampers in places other than the three mentioned, here are some tips to identify counterfeit coupons. First of all, if it seems too good to be true, it just may be. If you find internet print at home coupons, those are not distributed by Pampers. If you purchase coupons on the internet or from a non-P&G website, or if you receive coupons through email, these are counterfeit. Other things that might indicate the coupon is counterfeit include poor print quality (edges or borders are uneven or printed in black and white), if the word VOID is visible in the background of the coupon, or if words are misspelled. If you see a high value or “free” coupon, it should have a “CIC hologram” (a silvery bar with the CIC Logo inside) and show a void pattern if copied. I hope this helps!

    Have a great week!
